Study Overview:

Emerging scientific studies have examined Rhodiola Rosea’s potential to support healthy brain function, symptoms of daily stress and exercise performance. One randomized, placebo-controlled study suggested taking Rhodiola extract could potentially support aspects of health induced by stress. Another study indicated (200mg dose) provided 60mins prior to exercise may support exercise performance compared to those taking a placebo.
